How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed within two to three working days on average. More complex pieces, such as a full website or brand identity, are broken down and delivered progressively, so you are always receiving work rather than waiting.

How does onboarding work?
Subscribe and I'll add you to your own dedicated Trello board. The whole process takes about an hour from the moment you subscribe. Once you're in, full instructions on how to submit and manage requests are on the board itself.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No. Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you like. They are worked through one at a time, in order.

How does the pause feature work?
If you don't have enough work to fill a full month, you can pause your subscription and save the remaining days for later. Billing runs in 31-day cycles. If you use 20 days and pause, the remaining 11 days are held for whenever you need them next.

How do you handle larger requests?
Larger projects are broken into stages on my end. For a full website or extensive brand identity, you'll receive a meaningful amount of work every one to two days until the full request is complete.

What tools do you use?
Design work is produced in Figma. Websites are built in Webflow or Framer, with full transfer of the site to your account on completion. No ongoing XLVI Media subscription is required to maintain it.

How will I submit requests?
Through your Trello board. You can write a brief directly in the card, link to a Google Doc, share a wireframe, or record a short Loom video if you'd rather talk through it. Whatever works for you.

What if I don't like the design?
We keep revising until you are completely happy. There is no limit on revisions.

Are there any requests you don't cover?
Yes. XLVI Media doesn't cover 3D modelling, GIF or video production, complex print production such as magazines or books, or document design such as medical or legal forms. If you're unsure whether your request fits, just ask.

What if I only have one request right now?
That's fine. Submit it, and once it's done you can pause your subscription and return whenever you have more work. There's no need to let unused time go to waste.

Are there any refunds?
Refunds are available within the first week if no work has been started. Once work is underway, refunds aren't available. Unlimited revisions means the work will always get to where it needs to be.

Can I subscribe for just one month?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Subscribe for a month, pause, or cancel whenever you like. Come back when you need it.
